Samantha Boylan joined Family Legal Advocacy Group, LLC (FLAG) in December of 2025 as a Senior Attorney.
Samantha brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role as a Senior Attorney at FLAG. Samantha has navigated a diverse array of cases, from high-net-worth divorces to delicate child custody disputes and clients seeking Protective Orders to ensure their safety and the safety of their family. Her dedication to her clients' needs is matched only by her commitment to excellence in her field. She is known for her strategic approach, clear communication, and ability to guide clients through high-stakes legal issues with confidence, professionalism, and efficiency.
Samantha has handled a wide range of family law cases, including matters involving significant assets, business interests, and sensitive parenting disputes. Clients value her ability to explain complex legal issues in a practical and accessible way, create momentum in challenging cases, and advocate forcefully while maintaining sound judgment and credibility with opposing counsel and the court.
A proud member of the Baltimore County, Harford County, Maryland State, and Women's Bar Associations, Samantha is deeply involved in her legal community. Samantha also serves on the Board of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce and the Sexual Assault and Spousal Abuse Resource Center (SARC), reflecting her commitment to leadership, professional service, and community engagement.
Samantha received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and then went on to Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. After law school, she clerked with the Honorable Judge Robert Becker in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is also an alumna of the MSBA Leadership Academy Fellowship, a selective program focused on developing future leaders within the legal profession.
